The quality of all applied coatings is appropriately inspected/tested by the Q.A. Dept.
The coating application process is conducted by highly certified personnel.
Organic coating material is mixed under controlled conditions by our in-house chem lab and furnished to the application operation in a pre-mixed state.
3 “Small item” spray booths supported by temp-controlled curing ovens.
Large spray booth dedicated to items ranging up to 30’ long, and suported by a temp-controlled curing oven of the same size.
